Poster session Guidelines

• Poster session one (graduate student session) will occur at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 7th (all times Pacific).
• Poster session two will occur at 10:00 a.m. on   Thursday, August 8th (all times Pacific)

Posters: Poster boards will be available for presenters to display their posters beginning at:

• Session one (graduate student session): 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 7th
• Session two: 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 8th
• Poster boards will accommodate posters up to 4 feet (height) by 6 feet (width).       Poster boards are magnetic, and magnets/clips will be provided.      
•  Paper/cloth posters only (no gatorboards). We ask that you       remove your poster at the closing of your dedicated poster session day.
