Poster session Guidelines

• Poster session will occur at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 28th (all times Pacific)

· 

Posters: Poster boards will be available for presenters to display their posters beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 28th

• Poster boards will accommodate posters up to   40" x  48"           
• Paper/cloth posters only (no gatorboards). We ask that you remove your poster at the closing of poster session day. 
• Please display your poster at the designated location. Your abstract number will be indicated on the poster board.
